Ingredients:
2 3/4 cups cornmeal |
3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1 1/2 cups sour cream |
3/4 cup milk |
4 eggs |
2 teaspoons salt |
1/2 cup melted butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Mix together corn meal, flour, baking powder, sour cream, milk, eggs, salt and melted butter. Bake in a greased large loaf pan for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and when a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. |
