This is a simple, healthy and very tasty cornbread. It goes very well with any beans soup. Ingredients:
13 1/2 ounces water |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 egg, slightly beaten |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons dry milk |
1 cup corn, thawed and drained |
3 cups bread flour |
1 cup yellow cornmeal |
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast |
Directions:
1. Put ingredients in order listed into the breadmaker. Set the breadmaker to basic/white bread cycle. |
