2 1/2 cups cornmeal |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
2 cups buttermilk |
1 -2 egg |
1 -2 tablespoon oil |
1 tablespoon honey |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 425°F. 2. Mix dry ingredients. 3. Mix wet ingredients into dry. 4. Pour batter into a large loaf pan, greased. 5. Baked for 20-25 minutes. |
