I got this from the internet a few years ago.My family loves it and it's so easy to make!!! Ingredients:
4 cups of crumbled cornbread (i use 2 boxes of jiffy mix,bake and then measure out 4 cups) |
4 crumbled biscuits |
2 (13 3/4 ounce) cans chicken broth |
1 onion (chopped) |
2 celery ribs (chopped) |
1 cup butter, melted |
4 hard-boiled eggs |
Directions:
1. In large bowl mix bread and broth. 2. Allow to soak. 3. Add onions,celery and eggs. 4. Mix well. 5. Add butter. 6. Put in a 9x13 dish. 7. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. |
