This is a great recipe to change things up using cornbread. Topped with cheddar cheese and loaded with corn - this is a 5 STAR keeper!! Ingredients:
1 can corn; drained |
1 can cream style corn |
1/4 cup butter; melted |
2 eggs; beaten |
1 box jiffy cornbread mix |
1 8 ounce container sour cream |
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray. 2. Mix all ingredients except for sour cream and cheese. 3. Mix in sour cream last. 4. Bake at 350* for 35 minutes. 5. Top with cheddar cheese and bake until melted. |
