Another one of my Grandmother's recipes, again, I do not know where she got the recipe. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cornbread mix |
3 cups summer squash, thinly sliced |
1/3 cup oil |
1/2 cup cheese, shredded |
1 onion, finely chopped |
3 eggs, beaten |
1 dash hot pepper sauce, if desired |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients togther and pour into a greased 10 inch casserole dish. 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. |
