A wonderful corn recipe our family loves to serve at Thanksgiving Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can corn, undrained |
1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn |
1 cup sour cream |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup butter |
1 (8 1/2 ounce) box jiffy corn muffin mix |
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients except cheese. Pour in to a 13 x 9 greased baking dish. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven just until cheese is melted. |
