These sweet cornbread muffins are great for breakfast, or just when you may want something different at dinner. You can bake this several different ways. Ingredients:
1 package (18.5 oz.) butter flavored cake mix |
1 package (15 oz.) cornbread mix |
have these on hand |
eggs |
milk |
water |
vegetable oil |
vegetable oil spray |
butter (for serving) |
honey (for serving) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees 2. If you are making muffins, line your pan with baking cups, 3. if you are making loaves or using a cake pan, spray with vegetable oil. 4. Mix cake and cornbread batters according to package directions. 5. Combine together and blend. 6. Pour batter into baking pans or muffin cups. 7. Bake according to cake time on box, or around 30 minutes, or until bread springs back when touched. 8. Serve with equal parts honey and butter mixed together and served at room temperature. 9. Or drizzle honey over top. |
