Use eggs right from the refrigerator-no need to warm them. Serve this bread hot from the machine. Ingredients:
1 egg |
1/4 cup skim milk powder |
1 1/4 teaspoons salt |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1 tablespoon liquid honey |
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour or 2 3/4 cups bread flour |
1/3 cup cornmeal |
1 1/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast or 1 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast |
Directions:
1. Add enough water to the egg to equal 1 1/4 cups (300 ml). 2. Measure ingredients into bread machine baking pan in order recommended by manufacturer. 3. Insert baking pan into oven chamber. 4. Select Basic Cycle. |
