Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 to 3 tablespoons of sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 cup yellow cornmeal
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 eggs
1/4 cup oil
Directions:
1. Stir flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl.
2. Add remaining ingredients and beat just until smooth.
3. Bake in a 9 x 9 x 2 baking pan at 425 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes.
