1 cup cornmeal |
1 cup flour |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 cup nonfat milk |
1 egg |
3 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Mix together all dry ingredients. Mix together all wet ingredients. Combine wet and dry with a few quick strokes. Pour into greased 8X8 pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes. |
