Cornbeef Cabbage Pockets

Foil pockets for individual meals
Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can corned beef
1 onion, sliced
1 cabbage
1 teaspoon butter
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
Directions:
1. Cut cabbage in wedges 1 inch thick.
2. In square of foil place cabbage wedge with a pat of butter.
3. Place slice of onion on top.
4. Salt and pepper.
5. Add slice of corned beef.
6. Wrap to seal all in foil package.
7. Make as many as needed.
8. Place on BBQ and cook 15 min.
9. I have also done them in the pressure cooker or in toaster oven.
