Corn with Cream Cheese & Chilies |

I was given this recipe from my sister-in-law and my family loves it. It adds a different flavor to corn which is one of our family favorites. It's quick and easy! Ingredients:
1/2 cup oleo |
8 ounces cream cheese |
2 cans drained whole kernel corn |
1 can green chili |
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan, melt the oleo and the cream cheese together. 2. Mix well. 3. Add the 2 cans of corn and the can of chilies and mix well. 4. DO NOT BOIL! 5. Cook until hot and then serve. 6. Very quick and very good! |
