This is a creamy corn.... goes good with any type of meat that you might want to serve.. Ingredients:
1/4 cup milk |
1 (3 oz )cream cheese |
1 tablespoon butter |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
2 12oz cans whole kernel corn |
Directions:
1. Combine milk, cream cheese, butter, salt and pepper in saucepan. 2. Cook over low heat; stirring constantly, until blended. 3. Drain corn well; stir into cream cheese mixture, heating through. 4. Serve immediately. |
