Tasty low-fat, vegetarian friendly, tortilla rolls. Ingredients:
1/3 cup mozzarella |
1/3 cup low fat cottage cheese |
3 tbsp. fat free sour cream |
1/3 cup corn |
1/3 cup peas |
12 corn tortillas |
8 ounce tomato sauce |
Directions:
1. Mix first 5 ingredients and seasonings of choice. 2. Spoon mixture into 12 tortillas and place in 6 x 9 1/2 baking pan. 3. Season tomato sauce to choice and spoon over tortillas. 4. Bake at 450 for 5 minutes or until done. |
