Ingredients:
2 can(s) corn |
2 can(s) diced tomatoes |
2 cup(s) grated chedder cheese |
1 package(s) saltine crackers |
Directions:
1. Lightly grease a 2 qt cassarole. Crush crackers and add to the drained tomatoes, saving juice to use if needed. Mix to moisten crackers, adding the reserved juice if needed. Add the corn and 1 1/2 cups of cheese. Mix all ingreadients and put into cassarole. Top with remaining cheese and bake until hot at 350. Appx 30 min. |
