Ingredients:
1 tablespoon(s) butter whipped
Directions:
1. cups of fresh normal corn
2. turmeric- pinch
3. dhaniya powder -half table spoon
4. salt- according to taste
5. ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
6. green chiili paste - 1 table spoon
7. butter -2 tablespoons
8. tomato ketchup
9. METHOD:
10. Make a rough paste of corn
11. Take a bowl add this corn paste and all the above mentioned ingredients except butter and mix it well .
12. Now take a pan and let it heat
13. make the paste in the form of round tikki
14. add one spoon of butter on the pan and let it melt
15. Now place all the tikkis side by side and let it fry until it turns golden brown
16. turn them and let the other side also turn golden brown
17. when both the sides get roasted up remove them and take it into a plate
18. serve it with tomato ketchup
19. can be served hot and cool
20. gives best taste when served cool
21. in order to serve cool let it expose to air for ten minutes which gives the best taste
