1 cup green onion, sliced |
1 cup bell pepper, chopped |
2 tablespoons butter |
2 1/2 cups corn, cooked |
5 cups chicken broth |
1 cup half-and-half |
Directions:
1. Saute onion and pepper in butter until tender. 2. Blend corn with 1 cup broth; puree. 3. In saucepan, stir corn puree and 4 cups broth together. 4. Season with salt and pepper. 5. Simmer 15 minutes. 6. Stir in 1/2 & 1/2 and bring to a boil. 7. Serve immediately. |
