Got this recipe from a good friend. Ingredients:
1 (8 1/2 ounce) box jiffy corn muffin mix |
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can creamed corn |
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can whole kernel corn |
1 cup sour cream |
1 egg |
1 pinch salt |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. 3. Bake uncovered 45 minutes to an hour. |
