A different way of serving corn - yummy. Use fresh or frozen corn. Cook fresh corn prior to making this recipe, not included in time. Ingredients:
10 ounces frozen whole kernel corn |
3 tablespoons margarine |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
2 tablespoons sesame seeds |
2 tablespoons green peppers, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in saucepan and cook over medium heat until margarine is melted. 2. Reduce heat, cover and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. |
