Ingredients:
1 (15 1/4-ounce) can whole kernel corn, rinsed and drained |
1/2 (4.5-ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained |
1/2 (2.25-ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained |
1 small tomato, chopped |
2 jalapeƱo peppers, seeded and diced |
1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar |
2 1/2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Stir together all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and chill, stirring often, at least 2 hours. |
