Chunky, southwest salsa Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans black-eyed peas, drained |
2 (15 ounce) cans white shoe string corn, drained |
2 jalapeno chiles, chopped |
1 red onion, chopped |
1 red bell pepper, chopped |
1 bunch cilantro, chopped |
2/3 cup wishbone robust italian dressing |
2/3 cup zesty french dressing |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. |
