This crisp sweet raw food salad/relish is nice to keep in the fridge to nibble on on hot days. This combo is good but whatever you have or like will work Ingredients:
3 ears sweet corn |
2 green bell peppers, chopped |
1 red bell pepper, chopped |
1 cucumber, chopped |
4 stalks celery, chopped |
1/4 small red onion, chopped |
1 teaspoon sea salt |
Directions:
1. Mix well and chill for 4 hours. |
