Ingredients:
1 can(s) whole kernel corn drained |
1 cucumber |
1 tomato |
2-3 spear(s) dill pickle |
2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil |
1/4 cup(s) red wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon(s) dill weed |
Directions:
1. Peel cucumber, then chop cucumber, tomato, and pickles to a very small dice (about the size of two corn kernels). In a medium bowl, combine corn, cucumber, tomatoes, and pickles and sprinkle with the dill weed and salt and pepper to taste. Add the oil and vinegar and toss well.Adjust seasoning as needed. Can be served immediately or chilled. |
