Ingredients:
3 can(s) white shoepeg corn |
1 jar(s) pimiento drained |
1/2 cup(s) green pepper chopped |
1/2 cup(s) onion chopped |
2 stalk(s) celery chopped |
1/2 cup(s) sugar |
1/2 cup(s) vegetable oil |
1/2 cup(s) vinegar |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine vegetables, tossing lightly, set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in seperate bowl, mix well. Pour over vegetables and toss lightly. Cover and chill overnight. Drain well before sercing. |
