2 tablespoons onions, chopped
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/8-1/4 teaspoon oregano
1 medium carrot, scraped and shredded
Directions:
1. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a small saucepan, cook over low heat 5 minutes.
2. Stir in carrot and chill.
