Ingredients:
1 (3-ounce) package lemon-flavored gelatin |
1 cup boiling water |
1/2 cup cold water |
3 tablespoons vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 (8 3/4-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained |
1 medium-size green pepper, seeded and chopped |
2 tablespoons chopped pimiento |
1 tablespoon grated onion |

mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water, vinegar, and salt. Chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white. Fold in corn, green pepper, pimiento, and onion. Spoon into a lightly oiled 4-cup mold. Chill mixture until set. Unmold salad onto a lettuce-lined serving plate, and garnish with a large dollop of mayonnaise. |
