Ingredients:
1 cup fresh corn kernels (about 2 large ears) |
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
2 tablespoons minced seeded jalapeƱo pepper |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Drop corn kernels into a large saucepan of boiling water, and cook 1 minute; drain. Combine corn and remaining ingredients in a bowl; toss well. |
