my kids always ate vegetables if they were 'disguised' and not just plain old steamed ones, these are quick and tasty. Ingredients:
1 cup cooked mashed potato |
salt and pepper |
1 tablespoon chopped parsley |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 tablespoon onion, chopped fine |
1/2 cup flour |
1 can corn kernel, drained |
2 eggs |
1/2 teaspoon curry powder |
oil (for frying) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. 2. fry is spoonlots in the hot oil. |
