Ingredients:
6 ears sweet corn, grated |
3 eggs |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 cup milk |
2 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Mix butter well, 2. then add the beaten yolks of eggs, 3. then the corn and the other ingredients, 4. lastly the whites of eggs, beaten stiffly. 5. Bake slowly for 30 minutes. 6. Grated American cheese may be added. 7. NOTE: This cookbook does not give degrees for the oven to bake, it just says bake slowly, so I use 300 degrees which turns out well for my oven. |
