This is the corn pudding recipe that has been served at our holiday dinner table for years. We would never think of switching. I hope your family enjoys it as much as we have. Ingredients:
1 can whole kernel corn, drained |
1 can cream-style corn |
2 large eggs, slightly beaten |
1/2 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons flour |
1/2 cup milk |
salt and pepper |
2 tablespoons butter, on top |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, flour, salt and pepper. 2. Add milk and slightly beaten eggs. 3. Stir in corn. 4. Dot with butter on top. 5. Bake in 375 degree oven, in pan of water for 1 hour. |
