Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten with whisk |
3 tablespoon(s) cornstarch |
1 cup(s) sugar |
1 14 3/4-ounce can(s) creamed corn, about 20 ounces or 2 1/2 cups |
1 12-ounce can(s) evaporated milk |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and pour into a buttered dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. If not cooked through after 1 hour, turn and bake 30 minutes more. |
