1/2 cup(s) milk
1/2 cup(s) whipping cream
1/2 cup(s) white cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
Directions:

Cut corn off ears and set aside. In a bowl beat the eggs and mix in remaining ingredients adding salt and pepper. Add corn and place in casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes
