This a great corn pudding that is great as a side dish for Sunday dinner. It's quick to prepare and it stretches what you have so drop-ins are always welcome Ingredients:
1 can whole kernel corn, drained |
1 can cream-style corn |
1 cup milk |
2 slightly beaten eggs |
1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted |
1/4 tsp pepper |
1/2 cup cornmeal |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Combine whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, milk, eggs, melted butter, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. 3. Add cornmeal and stir until moistened. 4. Pour corn mixture into a 2-quart casserole that you have sprayed with Pam. 5. Bake in 375 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes until lightly browned and set in the center. |
