An easy corn pudding Ingredients:
1 (15.25 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained |
1 (15oz) can cram style corn |
1/2 cup margarine, softened |
1 cup sour cream |
1 (8,5 oz) pkg dry cornbread mix |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Lightly grease a 2 quart casserole dish 3. In a medium bowl, mix kernel corn, cream corn, margarine, sour cream, and cornbread mix 4. Pour into prepared casserole dish 5. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. |
