A basic corn pudding recipe from Bill Siddell. I ♥ corn pudding- the texture is so light and fluffy, sort of. Corn is such a delectable summer veggie, but with my braces, it is way too messy to eat on the cob. Read more . Ewww... I look for other ways to fit in corn. That's why I love this recipe. Enjoy! Ingredients:
4 eggs, beaten |
2 cans creamed corn |
2 cans whole kernel corn (drained) |
1 heaping tbsp. sugar |
1/2 cup milk |
2 heaping tsp. baking powder |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix together, put in a casserole dish and bake about 1 hour at 350. |
