Southern comfort food. Sweet ,creamy and just plain good. Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter-melted |
2 15 1/4oz cans cream style corn |
4 eggs-beaten |
3/4 cup all purpose flour |
1/2 cup milk |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Grease a 9 -10 baking dish with 2 tablespoons melted butter. 3. In a large mixing bowl,combine remaining butter and remaining ingredients. 4. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Cover with foil. 5. Bake for 40-60 minutes or until inserted knife or toothpick comes out clean. 6. Serve hot. |
