An old fashioned favorite Ingredients:
2 cups fresh corn, cut from the cob |
2 eggs, lightly beaten |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
5 1/2 cups milk |
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients. 2. Pour into greased pudding dish and bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes or until firm. |
