Had this at a potluck I attended and the host was gracious enough to get me the recipe. Ingredients:
15 1/4 ounces corn (drained) |
14 3/4 ounces creamed corn |
1/2 cup butter (melted) |
1 egg (slightly beaten) |
8 1/2 ounces jiffy cornbread mix |
1 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix all ingredients together. 3. Place in a rectangle baking dish. 4. Bake for 30 minutes. |
