From The Four Ingredient Cookbook. It's so easy to make and my family LOVED it! Ingredients:
2 (16 ounce) cans creamed corn |
1 (6 ounce) package corn muffin mix |
2 eggs, beaten |
1/2 cup margarine, melted |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Grease a 2qt casserole. 3. Mix all the ingredients together and then pour into the casserole dish. 4. Bake for 45 minutes. |
