Sounds a little weird I know. But it's actually pretty good. Can used canned or fresh corn. Some people use creamed corn. I don't. Ingredients:
5 cups corn |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
1 tablespoon flour |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
4 eggs, beaten |
1 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Mix all together and put in a casserole dish. 2. Bake 350 degrees F for 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. |
