Ingredients:
2 cups frozen or canned corn, thawed and/or drained |
4 ounces canned pimento, diced |
1 (4-ounce) can diced green chiles |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
salt and ground black pepper |
1 tablespoon chopped parsley leaves |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine corn, pimento, green chiles, and cumin. Mix well and season to taste with salt and black pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley. |
