Corn & Pepper Salsa

A great addition to any Mexican dish. Would also work as a side dish or salsa for chips.
Ingredients:
1 (9 ounce) can sweet corn
1 red bell pepper
1/2 white onion
1 medium jalapeno
3 tablespoons cilantro
1 hot yellow pepper (or any other pepper)
1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
Directions:
1. Cook corn.
2. Mince all other ingredients.
3. Combine corn, minced pepper-cilantro mix, and lime juice in a frying pan until fragrant.
4. Chill in refrigerator.
