From my recipe notebook collection. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
1 1/4 cups liquid from drained corn and water |
1/3 cup non-fat powdered milk |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1 1/4 cups flour |
1 teaspoon sugar |
2 teaspoons oil |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
16 ounces whole kernel corn, drained, reserve liquid |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl stir all of the ingredients together. 2. Bake on a greased heated griddle. |
