Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups liquid from drained corn and water
1/3 cup non-fat powdered milk
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
16 ounces whole kernel corn, drained, reserve liquid
Directions:
1. In a large bowl stir all of the ingredients together.
2. Bake on a greased heated griddle.
