Great on a monsoon day! Ingredients:
150 ml oil |
2 cups corn, mashed |
salt |
1/2 cup yogurt |
3 green chilies, chopped |
black pepper |
6 slices bread, cut into 2 halves each |
2 tablespoons cilantro |
Directions:
1. Put oil in a pan. 2. Add corn, salt, curd, cilantro, green chillies and pepper. 3. Cook for 5-10 minutes on medium-low heat. 4. Fry 6 bread slices till light brown. 5. Put the above mixture on bread once its cooked and serve immediately. |
