Easy way to prepare corn on the cob. Our family really enjoys it this way! Ingredients:
6 ears sweet white corn or 6 ears corn |
unsalted butter |
Directions:
1. Heat grill until medium hot. 2. Pull husks back from corn, keeping husks attached. 3. Remove as much silk from the corn as possible; replace husks, covering kernels. 4. Using kitchen twine, secure husks at tops. 5. Place corn in a large bucket of cold water. 6. Let soak 1 hour. 7. Transfer corn to grill. 8. Cook until husks are charred and the corn has steamed, about 15 minutes. 9. Remove from grill; discard husks. 10. Serve with butter, salt, and pepper. |
