Corn on the Cob with Cayenne and Lime |

Ingredients:
6 ears corn, husked and cleaned of silk |
6 tablespoons unsalted butter |
1 to 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper, or to taste |
juice of 2 limes (about 2 tablespoons) |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil. Add the corn and cook just 4 minutes, no longer. 2. Meanwhile, melt the butter with the cayenne. Add the lime juice and salt. Drain the corn, brush generously with the flavored butter and serve immediately. |
