This is a yummy side dish recipe that we made over the fire at camp when i was little. Now I make it at home on the stove and it's just as good. Try it, you'll love it! Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) cans whole corn (can use frozen) |
1 small onion (yellow, white, purple, etc) |
4 -6 slices bacon |
2 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. 1. fry bacon crispy and crumble. 2. 2. chop onion fine and saute in butter. 3. 3. add corn and bacon to onions 4. 4. cover and heat over medium about 5 minutes. |
