low fat version good with anything! love it! and freezes well too. Ingredients:
1 cup wheat flour, whole grain |
1 cup cornmeal |
1/4 cup splenda granular |
4 tsp baking powder |
3/4 tsp salt |
1 cup skim milk |
4 egg whites |
1/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened |
Directions:
1. combine dry. mix together milk, egg and sauce. Beat all 1 minute. Bake 425F about 20 minutes. Tends to bake fast because of subs. |
