Low fat cornbread made in muffin pans Ingredients:
1 cup cornmeal |
1/2 cup flour |
1 tbl baking powder |
3 tbl sugar |
12 1/2 oz creamed corn |
3/4 cup skim milk |
2 egg whites |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 2. Grease muffin pans and put in oven to heat 3. Mix all ingredients, pour batter in heated muffin pans 4. Bake for 20 minutes. |
